NateCo Holdings LLC (“NateCo”) Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy (“Return Policy”)


This Return Policy is the agreement between you and NateCo and applies to your purchase of the product(s) available for sale on NateCo’s website. By completing a purchase on NateCo’s website, you agree that you have read and accept all the terms and conditions contained in this Return Policy.

NateCo may amend this Return Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it.

Returns Policy

NateCo will gladly accept returns of unopened (still in plastic shrink wrap), undamaged boxes of Middle Empire within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. The purchasing customer must provide proof of purchase. If upon receipt of the product there is any problem or defect with your product, please contact NateCo immediately at or use the “Contact Us” link on NateCo’s website before taking any other action.

NateCo will in its best efforts try to resolve any issue(s). NateCo’s goal is to learn about and address your concern(s) and, if unable to do so to your satisfaction, to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. If the product(s) were damaged due to shipping, please contact NateCo immediately at or use the “Contact Us” link on NateCo’s website. Product(s) not damaged by shipping must be in the same condition as sold. Unless you received the product(s) due to a mistake on NateCo’s part, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the fault was ours, please contact NateCo for options before sending the product(s) back. Before you send an item back, please contact NateCo to obtain a return authorization number. NateCo does not take title to returned product(s) until the product(s) arrives at NateCo’s place of business. Email NateCo if you have any questions or comments about our Return Policy.

Refund Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with one of our products for any reason, please read our Return Policy and take the appropriate action. Upon receipt of your product, NateCo will inspect the product and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Discounted or promotional product(s) will be refunded at the discounted or promotional price.

Exchange Policy

Defective items may be exchanged within 14 calendar days of the purchase date for the identical product. If you find that your product is defective, please contact NateCo immediately at or use the “Contact Us” link on NateCo’s website. If your new game has missing/damaged game components, please contact NateCo first, before taking any other action. NateCo is willing to resolve any production problems.

Discounted items or promotional purchases: The refund value for each item will be reduced to reflect discount or promotional product(s) value.

Recalled items: If any product has been recalled, the customer with a recalled product will be notified by NateCo and a refund or exchange will be negotiated with the customer and NateCo.

NateCo reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
